A Blog About Blog Design
Pretty interesting title right ? Well, I am going to talk about exactly that : a blog about web design. It’s called Max web design. A nice looking design blog owned and maintained by Robert. Along with his team he has decided to share some of his insight in the industry.
With well written articles in various categories like Web Design, Seo, Web Hosting, E-Commerce and Tools and resources, Robert is on his way on making it big with his blog.
His blog design is clean, easy to navigate through. The top spot on the blog is the featured article. Even though he only has 2 featured articles those are very well written and are on good topics.
To prevent the appearance of duplicate content Robert is using one of the most recommended wordpress hacks : using excerpts or the more tag. It is very usefull to use these tricks if you want to get SERP’s.
Although I have seen a couple of sponsored posts there, Robert does mean everything that he writes on his blog and most of them are derived from his personal experience. For example, when designing blogs he always tries to come as close as possible to a html feeling since it’s a well known fact that search engines love html more than php or other dynamic pages since they load a lot more faster.
