The newest trend in learning is e-learning. Why should an employ be taken out and sent to a regular training ? The best way to do it is provide him with the means of learning while at home or even at work when he has time. That way, let’s say you send him to an excel training, he has the possibility to learn and use it right away at work. Even leadership skills or pmp training can be used the moment they learn something. Just think as your office being some sort of a boot camp.
